Your movement may be restricted into some feet of a room. You have to find a suitable place where you can get all your daily need easily without moving from one place to another. For example, you should have attach bathroom .Food should be serve within that room any other entertainment facility like TV, Computer, music system will available in that room ,so that you do not need to move long hallways, high stairs or other obstacles to get any services. The room where you stay should be obstacles free or must have clear spaces to easy navigation.
